This website is intentionally simple. We do not run contact forms and we do not ask for your email here — so the information we handle is limited. This policy explains what little we do collect and why.

What we collect
Because this website has no forms and no published email address, it does not gather names, addresses, or messages from you directly. The only information involved falls into three narrow categories.
Standard server logs. Like almost every website, our host may record basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and running. This is not used to identify you personally.
Anonymous usage analytics. We may measure aggregate activity, such as how many visitors tapped the phone or booking button, to understand which pages are useful. These events are counted in aggregate and are not tied to your identity.
Information you volunteer by phone or booking. When you call (720) 575-1433 or use the booking link, you share details needed to schedule a repair — your name, address, and the appliance issue. That information is used only to provide the service you requested.
How the booking link works
Our online booking button opens a scheduling tool hosted by a third-party provider on a separate domain. Any details you enter there are handled under that provider's own privacy terms, not this one. We receive only what is necessary to contact you and complete the repair.
If you would rather not use the online tool, simply call us — the phone line is answered 24/7 and no online form is required.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Details you provide when scheduling are used solely to diagnose and repair your appliance, and to follow up about that service.
Data retention and your choices
Service records are kept only as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal obligations, then discarded. You may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete the limited information we hold about a past service call.
You can also control analytics and cookies yourself: most browsers let you block or clear them, and doing so will not prevent you from using the site or calling us.
This site is intended for adults arranging home appliance repair and is not directed at children.
